My first machine (in red) unfortunately was broken, which is why I have contacted the service (of Hifi-Tower). As I was told that I should simply return the juicer and I will be sent a new one. Super I thought at that time there were about 5 units in stock, so I assumed that I as soon as possible get a replacement unit. From because - after ~ 2 weeks, I have experienced on my first demand that a new not available and I have to wait approximately one month !!! I had the choice to get the money back to wait, or to take a different color (in other sellers there are the unit, as it is a natural product of electronics-Star). So I just wanted the unit in a different color (in cream, it was still available), but which I should place a new order. So I have a new order and contacted the service, so that the old (red unit) will be canceled. Then I received an email from Amazon, that the white device has been canceled (which is exactly wrong) !!!! I have rarely experienced such inept service, which was also not very nice. The new unit in cream had strange engine noise, which is why this had to return. On the third attempt went well there and I had after 1-2 months and several emails / phone calls last a device that was fine. Not very customer friendly ....
The device itself is quite okay for the price and is doing its job properly (if it has no defects). You can tell that it is not high rankommt the more expensive competitors, but it is sufficient for occasional use. However, the cleaning takes a long time and it takes quite a bit of water. A little tip for juicing celery / ginger etc. (everything with fibers): If you cut the pieces small (1-2 cm), then the outlet will not clog as quickly. And these things give best only at the end in the juicer.
