PS: A little tip yet. We wanted to order only sand on the Internet or get from the hardware store to fill the box. Since you still need quite a lot of sand, which would have been very expensive. We got the hint times at a local gravel and sand pit ask. That was priceless. We rented a trailer at OBI for 15Euro / 4hrs. We were 1.5 times in the sand pit filling (washed play sand each 5 Euro per trailer load). That was enough to the sandbox to make full enough. Total price was so 25Euro. At the hardware store or the Internet, we would not have gotten away with 250Euro for the same amount of sand.

After a year of use, my conclusion remains unchanged. The rating I change from 3 to 4 stars because the sandbox really well withstood our intensive use.
In winter we have it covered with a large plastic tarp to protect against weathering.
But color and condition have not really verschlechter. So we are pleasantly surprised.
