We were very disappointed, it is dailleurs reason that prompted us to return the product. unsealed product, no instructions supplied with the product, the listener no longer works with the hull. and we found after we visited different sites to understand the problems, it was a product of counterfeiting.
We are disappointed because we gtrès "foolishly" thought that with a site like AMAZON we would not have to worry !!!
