Against by two very positive points:
I first contacted the Philips customer service who answered very quickly, they told me that I had to turn back to Amazon for support for contractual reasons, but if the management had been to their account they would have been prepared to find a solution quickly.
Then I contacted Amazon customer service immediately offered me an exchange or refund with return transport fully at their expense.
I was afraid to be in my pocket, but I was pleasantly surprised and comforted me in this adventure the sense of security when my orders on this site.
Philips and Amazon a big applause (except the faulty equipment but that it happens).
