Product good, service mixed

However, the service I'm ambivalent. Because the Amazon formatting and lack of time I was a little taken aback when I on the package something up to 42 "read and could not remember in this regard to have read anything in the item description.
On the e-mail request to the support I got a competent and polite reply explaining that the packaging text was designed at a time when 42 "was the measure of all things.
So far so good. In my first review that I wrote at the same time e-mail, I had done this well on.
Only the first two lines of the commentary of "RicooTeam" in my review:
"RicooTeam thinks:
Do not you have EVER read the description of the product read?! ???!?!?!?!?!?! Or speak German ??? not really !!! You must read and understand !! ... "

This sentence I will now just stand here without comment. The dear reader to form their own opinion as to whether he wants to be treated or not ;-)
