I received my order this morning an Italian coffee maker Bialetti sold by Amazon. I open the package and perceive me as plastics containing coffee showed signs of a previous utlisation. The grip of the coffee maker confirms my doubts: it is not new !! Traces of an earlier utlisation are obvious (traces of humidity inside, swirl marks on stainless steel exterior ...). I contacted Amazon and am sharing my problem. The person, kind, charming and desolate, it must be said, offers me back but I am informed that the product is no longer available (off Market Place). I am also bothered me she has a "very small" gesture an extra charge of 10% of the product price, or 3. I agree that I find unacceptable process, not because of the person but of the from Amazon that allows the sale of products returned for new products. There is misrepresentation of the product! The two stars are attributed to the process of proving that Amazon may be indelicate customer opposite. The coffeemaker works is the main! This is the first time I put an unfavorable apprécation, and for good reason!
