Product of origin but not within 2 LIT cigars differnts

good quality product first glance, seems to be of origin, the cable (a little short) is of good quality but only allows the battery charge (no data transfer is possible with this cable). impossible to use because the tip is too big hand to enter fully into a cigarette lighter and therefore no contact to the bottom (tried in two different cars, Twingo and Picasso).
in resumé, a good product but unusable electrical viewpoint of a mechanical standpoint. return to sender ..... c is crazy not to know make a connecting socket in a cigarette lighter in 2012! damage
