product shipped after cancellation request

I find it shameful to declare the cancellation (supporting evidence) of a product and send the next day over the first message is in French before shipping and since I only receive messages in three languages different my steps in French ?? so be careful because not communicate and cancel the article and over 2 weeks may be waiting to receive nothing that's why I warned the largest customer numbers to avoid surprises and in the future I do not intend to make further purchases at Amazon because very disappointed, so I is expressed in the UFC that choose assosiation that is sure to be warmly heard.
