Product to another good support .. not miserable either way, there is not easy!

I have this sensor and was, until he has failed (The speed sensor is no longer, Cadence is still wonderful), very contented with it. This part is less than a year than and should be guaranteed.
The Garmin Product Support ... does not exist.
Call, nil, Dauschleife, tried three times in three days and each 14 cents a minute paid. Overall, about one hour.
RMA produce on the website: did everything correctly, even twice, never received an email at the end as it is ", we'll send you an email with the info ect ..." I've got so far no mail. Became a week ago.
Product on the Garmin website up and about an inquiry asked about the failure. The end result is there: "we will contact you shortly ect .." - After one week with me, no one has combined law!
They have my email address, telephone number, fax number and address ... hear nothing of them.
That was my LAST GARMIN PRODUCT !!!
