Two stars gets the fans for equipment (screws, decoupler) and the flow rate, which is really enormous.

Two stars deduction there for each term / the terms "silent" and "Low Noise" in the product name. This fan is so loud that I my PC now has three rooms away "listen" can.

For the "big picture" of the article, there are a total of another star deduction, so that I can forgive only two stars, as mentioned above!
