High quality product from an aesthetic point of life. However some functions, such as hot air nozzle system is deplorable, especially on a new product out of the box.
Indeed, in steam mode, it is impossible to heat a liquid or risk seeing the hot air nozzle to eject from the aircraft in less than 10 sec.
