My red and blue Shaker have a useful life of 9 months still really long persevered to yours recently the cover was completely torn. The manufacturer advertises on its website confidently so that you can define the new status quo and distribute high quality products that other manufacturers can much better ... I am of the brand immediately send more than disappointed and will file an appropriate complaint to the manufacturer. For traceability I have attached photos of the quality defect of all Shaker. Feedback to / from the manufacturer: The support of the German manufacturer's site [.....] works perfectly. I have exchanged several messages with the Support team within a few hours. The customer support has therefore übberascht me very positive and I that the manufacturer gets Hope that cover problem as quickly as possible into the handle. I will without hesitation put Ersatzdeckel for cracked due to a quality defect cover available. The problem is analyzed by the manufacturer.
