The product is Super ansich. The condition is impeccable. There are the stars in the rating. Unfortunately, part of a purchase not only the product ansich, but also all the trappings. The delivery time was 1 1/2 weeks, what had me a bit too long. Then only one of two ordered Etageren came after waiting. Actually, no problem, because mistakes can happen. What was not nice was the rather unfriendly, telephone customer service. Too bad, but there were the two star deducted.
