The 58mm Motta is probably suitable for only a few food processors, but definitely for professional machines that generate the pressure in order to press the hot water through a well-compacted ground coffee can.

For those who also want to have a Motta :) but in the smaller diameter, there is this tamper currently in 49/53/54 mm flat contact surface. The 58mm there are 'flat' and 'convex', as is here. All Mottas can furthermore have a black or brown wood handle.
