For device:
It looks clean and has a pleasant touch, two short input cables are included.
A somewhat bitter pill is the connection for the headphones - which is connected to the output.
Question: Who needs a headphone jack on the output side ?? - Not me.
The headset belongs to the input side to be able to track its own crossover control, or at least crossed with the existing controller. Preview do man / woman on the channel which is not at the moment "on air".
Because of this technical Manco:

For the with the headphones channel 1 + 2 does not want / need Preview
