Knife of good quality, good edge. I've had a few weeks and I used it for the moment on meat and fish mainly. We clearly feel the difference with traditional steel knife. The blade glides smoothly. The material of the handle (rubberized) is nice and provides a good grip of the knife, even with wet hands.
Conclusion: Not disappointed for a first purchase ceramic knife.
