The eyecup offered here has on my Canon EOS 450D, if you shake the eye cup, a tiny bit of the game, but does not sit too loosely nor too tightly - so in principle perfectly.
The rubber feels to my mind hardly softer or harder than the original, the eyecup makes a high impression. She has an opening peep as the original, the eyepiece therefore not hindered.
I particularly like that the rubber of the eyecup is screwed tightly to the plastic part, rubber part of this I probably will not lose as fast as the original.
The second difference from the original is that the plastic retaining tabs are not cushioned like the original by a short bridge, but whether this manifested in practice remains to be seen, I think, at the plastics used today, rather not ,
I think the eyecups offer you a very good replacement for the original eyecup.
The price is - in the level of prices for Canon accessories - unbeatable.
From the price / performance ratio and the availability ago, I would recommend this eyecup fully, or buy them at any time.
