Super customer service, now product properly.

Have the kit purchased and installed in the house, after about a year and a battery change, blinking and beeping smoke detector in three of the six 10-second clock incessantly. Even after a new battery change and the precise follow instructions, they just do not work as before, they just beep in an approximately 10-second clock very briefly, that sucks immensely. Since I do not know why this is so, nor am sure if they still make their function, have now unfortunately discarded three and wonder now whether the RMF 206 are also available with the RMF 106 Linkable? Perhaps I can tell someone thank you.
Now the latest update:
On 26.05.2015 the Company Janus.Net AG has contacted me and offered me to replace all six of the then ordered smoke detectors with new ones.
Two days later, six smoke detector complete with high-capacity batteries (longlife batteries) + again a complete set 9V longlife batteries have now been delivered to it.
There were also included even the ceiling mount + pads !!!
I have now taken and tested which function properly the'll link Baren smoke Sign in operation.
I am more than pleased with this customer support and can only recommend the Janus.Net AG.
My Conclusion:
Defective goods can always happen, however, has a company to its customers and can measure their willingness to recommend products or to buy them again, and not only to the quantities of products sold.
The Janus.Net AG on the right track here, and will be mentioned positively by me in the family, friend and colleagues.
