Mowing super, customer service leaves much to be

I bought the mower as a replacement for my Bosch, with know something good build, slightly heavier to handle than the plastic lawnmower. Mowing super fast and also only one struck me only later, somehow flew the grass up from the pot. At first I thought even to an assembly error but it turned out that a part was missing was too late, so I wrote to customer service to no reaction, just a second mail'm abwechsend note, no further reactions, there have now tried again and wait and see.

Otherwise a super lawn mower is well built, but is bad around the corners than the small mower.

Conclusion: Would buy it again immediately, this time as well as everything in it belongs to what we hope
