Lange delivery, super customer service!

I have a silicone case ordered me together with my new Wildfire S. The phone came two days later with me on, but unfortunately the Silicone Case took even longer than a week.
Since the article, however, was quite small, and could be shipped to an A6 envelope, I would have expected that the consignment does not need 10 days until they come to me.

When I then received the shipment unfortunately I had two black, no gear or points in my gray Silicone Case. I then turned me to the seller and reclaims the same time and given that the supply for my taste has taken too long.
The customer service was super friendly and they have offered me immediately to send a free replacement for my Silicone Case and I had already got not even return my.
The second came quickly to me and is completely spotless!

The product itself is just great! It fits exactly to my phone and also looks good. There have already appealed to me more than one person to where I got it from that. I regret the purchase under any circumstances, to my phone to me several times already fallen down and was well protected by the silicone case. In addition, it looks good!
