super customer service lamp with small defects

I use the lamp for my 20 liter fish Kamp Basin. The delivery takes a little longer and, unfortunately, is not traceable. Unfortunately, the joy clouded over the new lighting out of the box. The screws that are firmly screwed the lamp on basin, would not be turned turn. As you can see then just the competitive price. It is cheaper plastic. In my case, probably not properly milled and tested.

The lamp ansich works fine. All three specified programs are accessible via the touch panel. The power supply has a red light. Personally, I do not mind because it is behind the cabinet. I turn the lamp on and off manually every day. In the low consumption makes it as nothing when I get home later times.

Because of the defect, I had contacted the customer service. I must say that I did not expect. I received an answer very quickly. The support was absolutely committed and helpful. After several clarifying mails back and were walking I was offered to send the lamp and refund the postage costs for a "standard program" back. Since I had helped me in the meantime by pinching a foam pad itself, but I have finally waived.
One star deduction is only for non-examination of Article before shipment to the customer. Nevertheless, I would buy the lamp again. For a small Nano absolutely sufficient.
