I have the sewing machine since spring 2014. It is my first computerized sewing machine and I sat down with the first sewing projects at the various functions groped and near very much present for friends or small pockets in cotton oilcloth combination. The idea, what if there is something to it, of course, I also had in mind. Now I had a problem with the machine in the last week. They did not want to sew. The customer service at W6 at first tried to help me by phone. Unfortunately, the problem was apparently a little deeper. I sent the machine and it was within a week with me. Has Incidentally, the parcel service needs most days this week. W6 has changed me a spare part as a goodwill gesture and even wrote me a useful tip on's repair history. Super customer service I can only say. I recommend you retain the packaging, then you have it easier if you have the machine for repair or inspection send times.
