Ordered online at 4.1.13 package (Friday) for the Officejet 6500A and on Wednesday it (9.1.) Received by mail. Unfortunately, it turned out that 3 of the 5 Extender missing. On 14.1. (Monday morning) I wrote the seller an e-mail with the request to forward the missing parts. I got the whole day no answer, so I called in the evening. I got the information, the process is already in progress, one would have also sent an e-mail reply and the letter was going to the post office tomorrow. Today he came to (18.1.), With the right extenders, all but without any comments. Removing and transferring the chips went smoothly (using the instructions on the seller's website), there were no splashes, but the insertion of the cartridge was be patient work. It took several attempts at each cartridge until the Extender was sitting that the cartridge could click it. In addition, the small black cartridge does not fit the print head (it has too small an opening for the connection). Maybe I can still pull the ink with a syringe out and fill in the other cartridge. After cleaning the print head I got a test sheet printed with good quality. Conclusion: The product works well, after a little fiddly job. After the initial order, shipping, complaints and delivery I was satisfied with the restriction that it has a total lasted (with the subsequent delivery of the missing parts) a bit long and the communication from the seller and the customer is in need of improvement. My tip: Do not wait until the last day until the cartridges are completely empty (I am also not sure if the chip would still work), and order at least one week in advance, especially for time-critical printing. I will order again, because price / performance is unbeatable.
