I bought the bar because of the many positive reviews and was completely disappointed (The bar is my 2nd product) The rod arrived yesterday only and full of anticipation I unpacked it. The first disappointment came when I tried to mount the rod. This takes forever and is very awkward. The installation video I watched and did everything the same way. After a while, she was then mounted first without the metal bracket as I had the suspicion that the adhesive left behind an unsightly track at the door. Well, 5 strokes I could enjoy after that I crashed together with rod on his back on the hard floor. Well, has indeed done quite painful but I blamed myself because I do not have it installed without the supplied bracket. Today I again tried, this time with the holder. I must say that this time would consider fun a little longer but became apparent after only ten (!) Blows the cheap quality of the adhesive. How on my picture looks (insofar as it is released) slides the entire holder from the rubber off and if this goes on, the accident repeated from the first day. In other reviews I've seen that I'm not the only one who had this problem. The glue you do not get back so probably slightly away from the door. My last pull-up bar I bought for 10 with Penny, and kept the whole 2 years and no piece slipped.
Conclusion: The product is absolute cheap junk, I advise necessarily of a purchase from. As I said, the bar was rock solid in the doorway, I would have turned them further they would probably even broke. Who still buys the product, you have injuries and smelly hands (the padding stinks extremely) count.
