As the title says, only the real thing. I was taking Weider Pure Whey (no flavoring), but it had a funny taste sweet. This whey Seems to be the real thing - only whey. And nothing else. You can flavor it as you wish, with ingredients you control. Taken pure with water, it has a slight aftertaste of cheese / milk and it's color shows it is Actually whey. Those Serious With Their Training and What They eat - I recommend it (as well as all the "neutral" or "pure" versions of any other protein drink ...!).
