Exactly 20 years after the recording of their huge hit "Sehnsucht" meet Purple Schulz and Josef Piek their fans a long cherished dream: the first live album is here! The long wait is all the more surprising since the two Cologne in all these years not only (I have the time recalculated) nine albums, but have played with their high-profile band and more than 1000 concerts. Two years ago, however, they broke through the routine. The occasion was a concert in a Palatinate wine, in which there was the requirement to act without tape. Was out of the planned 90-minute program, a three-hour concert, the audience at the open-air event raged despite unending downpours, and Schulz and Piek set about this fact to cultivate than once planned concept. The dancing in the streets "lover boys" were "Young boys in love" and swing along with unprecedented charm - their age, in slow motion. But not only the hits are on the album, but also musical gems such as "child's play" and "If you kiss me," in which Schulz takes along his audience on his part very intimate soul walks. Relying only on Proven is not your thing. And as can be found on the "Program change" and the title "Program Change," which have produced the two composed for the 25th anniversary of the program with the mouse in just three hours, and texted.
