Who would not like to have to do with Teflon or plastic, which then engages in the kitchen like to glass or ceramic. The Pyrex pie pan looks classy, is easy to clean, and gained so far for excellent cheesecake and quiche. As it stands with fruit cake or the like, which is able to show the future, but so far I can not give full credit for this form in advance. ;)
