I am quite satisfied with the travel ranges of the screw handles, but for me is the fact that the tilt axis at 0 degrees does not stop, but an adjustment of up to -30 degrees allowed something "surprising" if one solves the screw without the camera hold.
A mEn great weakness has my copy on the chuck of the holding plate. This has built an automatic transmission, which is designed to ensure that the camera click when you insert the support plate into the holder itself and holds the camera. Unfortunately, this works only very inadequately and me is tilted at the first onset of this camera right first time out of the holder and not be added to the ground only due to rapid reaction.
After I looked at the bracket closer and with the construction of other stands (Giotto, Cullmann) have vergliechen, I suspect that it is in my copy to a production error and the locking lever is simply too sluggish to the spring proper in the to be placed position.
Conclusion:
The head I like to be good, but because of the above-described problem with the locking mechanism he goes back. The risk that I or anyone else that would destroy me my equipment is too high!
