I have bought this dummy for self-defense training in my school and am fully satisfied.
Clearly it depends on material quality to the expensive not approach, but the doll has now after 2 years so some behind and is still ... like new.

The weight should not be underestimated, however. I thought at the beginning itself, 45 kilos would not be "realistic" enough, but when lifting it occurred to me again that we're no wrestler)
