After the original part that was supplied with the Miele vacuum cleaner Home & Co after 1 year when vacuuming always up much because it no longer einrastete, replacement was needed. As a precaution, the replacement part was ordered Customer service at the Miele. The price was incl. Cargo still considerably higher than Amazon. It held barely 18 months, then it fell back into himself and could no longer be engaged. Today we use a cheap No Name part for a few euros since meheren months without problems. Even with other Miele accessories (eg hose extension) we have trouble because the shelf life is sometimes only a few months. So you ruined his brand name.
