I ordered the product on the basis of good customer reviews. However, my printer, compared to the promises, the cartridges did not recognize.
All cartridges should be equipped with the necessary chip. In 2 of these cartridges was missing.
My attempts via email and phone to get in touch with the service in order to reach a solution were unsuccessful. No response to the email and the phone took from no one.!
I would never order again!
