Unpacking painful because of a big thick hard plastic box (hello waste), setting up the annoying cap closing the battery compartment, plastic a bit light, it starts badly. Then, first impressions after the hand over: it is flat and wide; my former is narrower and curved. I prefer the old, and after a few hours of use, this preference does not change. Even by changing the length of the palm rest, I always find that something is wrong because there is a sudden rise in the mouse height. Too bad, my palm drag on my desk but I like the thumb rest.
I have no particular problems with the buttons, except the one placed next to the left click, clearly too far and misguided. The zoom wheel does not require me to raise my hand to use, but I turned into volume knob because the zoom strangely functioned as forwards, not backwards. The buttons "previous / next" fall under my thumb. I wish I had one last button at the ring like on my MX310. The scroll wheel whines already after only a few hours when I pressed (the click is also too hard and noisy). Very annoying, since I use a lot! Last thing: I find it too sensitive right-click.
Gliding is smooth and quiet (at the same time, I am used to my old Logitech worn skates), and the pointer is precise regardless of the surface, even the transparent cover of the Ferrero chocolate box lying around next to me and I tried for the occasion.
This mouse will likely be a future nest dust, given the number of gaps, visible screws and various holes. And it is absolutely not for the players: there is virtually no control (weight, DPI, width, etc.). The software for managing buttons is simple, clear and easy to use. He did not get far, however. As for the small bag of transport, it seems thick and of good quality.
In short, it is a desktop mouse with a gamer look, and offered at a premium price for a real overall quality much lower (ergonomics, materials).
