I do not understand how such a well executed device can be sold so cheap. For environmental reasons, I use only batteries and 2.5V shave as good as the 3 V of a battery. The Rasierfolienschutz is awesome because it also prevents inadvertent operation. The outer shape is free of edges in collapsed condition, which is why I with respect to the long-hair trimmer (which anyway have all only a very limited feature superior BIC shaver in dry operation against each trimmer) prefer this model by far. Suitable when traveling 1A, but also for permanent use in the home with daily shaving. About 15 years ago I had ever seen a battery shaver from Braun, who had much worse. Very good technical development, highly recommended by my research and no real competitor on the market.
