Pity for wood. I ordered 2 firewood racks. One was free of defects. The other had damage in transit and was poorly finished. It was warped and many bars of trellis are so bad nailed, risking injury. The company Sedlmayr (Garden Pirate) has immediately sent a replacement. We have agreed that I take care of the disposal of unusable shelf, otherwise again forwarding Suitable packed (banded / wound) would have to be. Unfortunately, the second shipment was damaged or poorly finished. 4 parts (roof, floor, 2 side panels) was only the bottom in order. Again it was agreed that I take care of the disposal and Sedlmayr about the manufacturers replace the damaged parts organized. A few weeks went by until the 3 parts arrived. Here again damaged. All deliveries were damaged in transit and all 3 shipments reported quality defects during processing. My garage is now full of brand new wooden parts, waiting for the garbage. Several liters of diesel were burned for transportation. 200 EUR I have spent for a supposedly high quality product. I do not expect perfection in the processing, but also Sedlmayr agreed with me that the processing is not tolerable. I spent unpacking the supplies, documentation of damage and mail traffic with Sedlmayr many hours. The result: Sedlmayr offers pick up all the parts when I pack them. That's me, unfortunately, not possible. I have no winding machine as well as any machine tapes. Alternatively me a credit of EUR 100 for the whole theater was offered. I had to agree grudgingly first. I assume that Sedlmayr refund entitled by the forwarding of complete goods. Accordingly, I have now written to the shipping company. Perhaps can be achieved thus still that the final delivery will be reimbursed in full. I would have it a lot easier if I had bought a small summerhouse at the hardware store. The cost would have been the same, but I would have but I can see the quality in advance and would have known beforehand what I was getting myself into.
So: If you want to buy a product for EUR 200, which is poorly finished and will be sent unclever packed so that transport damage in almost every mission occur which can strike. I do not consider the price then, however, be appropriate and the description does not match then, unfortunately, the facts. The manufacturer informed the company Sedlmayr according to their statement that there probably is not a problem, the nailing nails new pair. Say, it is expected that the client assembles not only the parts in accordance with the instructions, but also that the defective parts are pre-assembled and disassembled newly assembled. Of these only is unfortunately nothing in the description ...
Who wants to have a quality product, it should be in the interests of environmental protection make this shelf to buy. Here die down too many trees, only to be badly planed then badly nailed.
Conclusion: I now have 300 EUR and several months effort a still defective product and ne garage full garbage. This is not as described, therefore 1 star :-(
