After commissioning, with the drivers from the supplied CD followed only once sobering: about 70 MB / s followed towards external 2.5 "HDD ridiculous 15 MB / s in the direction of laptop I followed a tip on the Internet to update the driver this place.. I installed with [...]. flight I was amazed. Now were in both directions speeds to 100MB / s in Windows is displayed (with the connected 2.5 "HDD). Perfect!

For mechanics themselves:
The card could be used only with great difficulty in the tested notebook, a Lenovo 3000 N500. A twist of the USB card was the problem. After gentle counterbending it was better. Nevertheless, the card is very tight in the notebook. The card itself includes in this notebook (have no possibility of comparison) not flush with the casing of the notebook, but ends shortly before the laptop. I think that's not bad, quite the contrary. So it is somewhat protected.

All in all a recommended product!
