The book is a bit messy, such as tables for the replenishment do not specify the length of fasting which was terminated (the fasting length determines that of recharge). If one is looking for a guide, this book lacks precision ranking. Mr. Bolling, over several chapters, file a clumsy and corny metaphor of a table and feet. This metaphor, in which it seems he gets stuck, contributes nothing to the understanding of the fast. And above all, the author supports the action of Jasmuheen (aka Ellen Greve), Dire businesswoman, self-declared follower of Breatharianism, which would feed that "prana" (air and sun) since 1993! Mr. Bolling also includes in his bibliography the book of Mrs. Greve, "Light of Life". Needless to say that I believe this Jasmuheen mentioned in a book about fasting discredits the latter, and that's a shame: I remain convinced that this is a way to maintain health or to heal is accessible to all and costs nothing.
