A fast charger and two AA batteries and AAA games could be an interesting but the whole pack, although big brand is very basic, from which certainly the very reasonable price of this pack. The 2 AA batteries are low-capacity models: 1300mAh so that one team with models often exceeding the 2000mAh. The charger type is installed directly on the outlet and a red LED indicates that charging in green when the battery is loaded and flashing red that there is a problem. It's a little summary for a quick charger. It would have taken at least an LED indicating that reached 90%. The charging time depends of course on the battery capacity, the announced 4:00 to represent the time for a battery of 1300mAh, 2300mAh battery for it must go beyond 7am but nothing is indicated by the charger after 4 hours we have had to reach around 1100mAh barely half the load. Side characteristics, the profile indicates 3V / 360mA for AA batteries and 3V / 180mA for AAA batteries is actually 2 times faster than conventional chargers, the one I currently use, able to charge battery battery, delivers 1 4V / 200mA for AA batteries and 1.4V 100mA for AAA batteries. One sees immediately that the batteries are connected in series and it is therefore impossible to charge one battery, one must put 2 in the compartment but indeed voltage and current being delivered somewhat larger, the charge time will be reduced accordingly. In conclusion, I do not remember the 90% load 4h argument because it is unverifiable and only seems to concern batteries supplied with the kit but the charging time is faster than standard unchargeur without being miraculous ! One final note, the data supplied batteries are to be recharged in 16h under standard 130mA for AA model and 16h / 75mA for AAA model. Hopefully with this charger use will not affect performance and lifetimes! I have AAA 700mAh batteries of the same technology that load as standard 7am under 140mA and thus seem better adapted to this charger. Finally, on several occasions, after a few moments of load, the red LED starts flashing, charging stops. it is then necessary to remove the batteries from the charger, put them back and reconnect the charger to the load to run its course. So it is a bit limited as reliable: you go to bed hoping to recover fully charged battery the next morning and it was not.
