So I have to say these are BCAA top !! After two weeks of intensive training (4-5x per week) gabs the first successes with regard to the pump. After another week, visible results were seen on the body. Also, the soreness falls almost completely gone :-). All this, of course, does nothing without proper nutrition. Get me BCAA buy these again. Only the intake amount is on proviet. Not training days 3 before and 3 after training, and 3 to be too much. I take 3, 2 and then 1 immediately upon awakening on non-workout days.
