After etlich read tests on graphics cards from AMD and Nvidia in the mid-high segment, I finally stumbled upon the HIS IceQ X Turbo 6950, which was also recommended by several users in Internet forums.
So I simply decided to appoint me the graphics card from Amazon to test it.
Installing the card was ever simple, just as you would also expect! ;)
The light blue color of the card may certainly not be true for everyone, but there are well known, the inner values and who is also in itself!
As a test I have chosen games Battlefield 3 and Shogun 2 Total War.
My test system:

Battlefield 3 running on my 25.5 inch monitor with a resolution of 1920x1200 (Full HD) in high up. Settings, including 16x Antisotropischer filter HBAO, and high antialiasing completely liquid (around 40 FPS).
Shogun 2, also with a resolution of 1920x1200, running with all settings in DirectX 11 on Ultra except antialiasing, very smooth.
The map in Battlefield 3 after 4-5 hours of continuous testing was not warmer than 67 °. In Shogun 2 they leveled off at 57 °. So overheating will definitely not find this card, the name makes the card all the glory!
Furthermore, the card inaudible in idle mode (2D mode) and even in 3D applications it is barely perceptible. And I'm one of the relatively sensitive to noise!
The only thing I really listen to my PC, the chassis fan.
As a complement, I would add that the games may even run better with an even potenterem processor such as the Intel i5 2500k, since my processor has probably something limiting factor (2 Kerner) and when the games packs on a SSD to "Nachladeruckler" to avoid.
Similarly, in my view, are all other current games like CoD Modern Warfare 3 or Batman Arkham City, the card present no problems.
Dirt 3 as download key (only valid for Steam), there is also free. The back tells a first heard of an action to 31.12.2011, but it is still valid!
In summary, the map:
+ Unbeatable for its raw performance in this price / performance ratio
+ One of the quietest and coolest (gamer) graphics card does.
Strong buy recommendation!
