Highest cooling capacity? Is rather in "good cooling capacity" to translate.
Low noise level? First you have to replace the supplied fan, because they are anything but quiet. Glad you now about Whisper Quiet fans, you can hear the noise of the pump. A fan controller can regulate all .. is indeed great. Only then flutes goes "high cooling capacity" again.
Honestly .. who for the price paid here asserts the h100i would be a great product, which has apparently not yet really experienced a silent CPU cooling. Unfortunately, the h100i offers not what was promised in the first movement here.
