The installation of the radiator can make a little awkward if you do not have skilled hands or the radiator is not mounted with removed motherboard. By V-position mounting points are covered and are in most cases not easily accessible. Therefore, the recommendation to expand the mainboard.
Because otherwise I only buy Noctua cooler, I immediately noticed that the mounting system plays a major role in the ease of installation. While the Noctua mounting kits are to be installed very easy, it is something different. Here the bail must match the radiator will be held until threaded.
The cooling performance is excellent and the included fan to my mind very quiet. The difference in temperature for boxed cooler is around 10 degrees in idle and about 25 degrees under load. It is but to say here that it is a fairly small uATX housing.
