Machine received in 4 days (Bravo Amazon). We experimented coffee for one week, the machine works perfectly. It remains to see life ....: previous had dropped us at the end of 3.5 years and an intermediate repair (150). This one is guaranteed two years. The coffee is very good, not taste burned, even with a large dose. We appreciate the quiet operation (progress of the mill) and the possibility to make coffee with ground coffee (decaffeinated for example). Caution: In the simplified instructions accompanying the machinery, that possibility is not indicated; we must go to the philips website and download the full manual to learn how to use it correctly.
