The relative standard deviation at the muscle percentage is only 1%. That is, with a muscle content of 40%, the minimum temperatures 39.6% and 40.4%). Why the differences in muscle percentage are less to me so far is a mystery ...

I must say that I'm doing a lot of sports (> 12 hours per week aerobic exercise) and according to the manufacturer my measurements reason alone are much less accurate (due to the fluctuating water content).

Oh, for bodybuilders, the scale is also not appropriate because the balance does not display measurement results in a muscle content of> 50%.
