The RAM is top notch! Just my 2 old 2GB Ram removed and installed the two 4GB blocks .. Did everything just fine and since then I have no problems! So if you do not know whether he is going with you .. the 24-inch, Early 2009 Model it works without problem and at the price - get 'em!
