An Opinel in the pocket to open oysters? And why not? Opinel has redesigned the blade of a number 9: it does not bend and do not break (it was my fear). The handle bubinga is beautiful, and a lot less sensitive to moisture than the tradition of beech in the current series (from 2 to 12, and even the giant). Not that knife did not really replace a professional knife for heavy use, but it is beautiful, and fits in your pocket, is not more dangerous than another, and, for a dozen shells, sufficient comfort.
