Rating corrected upwards !!!

As our old privilege dishwasher broke down after many years of loyal service, now desperately needed her replacement. After careful consideration, many information from the Internet and reading many reviews here on Amazon - we chose the Beko dishwasher. Also in the media market was praised us the equipment to the test winner at Stiftung Warentest. In short, another cheap alternative did not exist in the market and the many positive reviews also could indeed give the impression that here you can buy good quality at a reasonable price. Efficiency class A ++ and A for drying ... so it should be. The unit taken, set up and connected. The construction was done fairly quickly, simply attaching the decorative door turned out to be a little more complicated - but for two, we have done it then. Excited we were at first rinse with dishes! The pre-set by the factory program 3 (Eco) should now clean and dry our dishes. Tab as yet accustomed to the old machine, the trade and started. Almost 3 hours running the program. In our source machine the Eco program was completed in just under 2 hours. We were pleasantly surprised about the volume ... the machine is really very quiet. At first I had only the feeling that they do not work ... because hardly anything was heard. Toll! After almost 3 hours opened in the machine ... and since my disappointment was probably already be considered. The dishes were clean, no question ... but it was dripping wet for the most part. On the rear wall of the dishwasher still had plenty of water and even the door inside was wet. From the built-in plastic trays set dripped water and made himself still wet the dishes, which was a bit dry before. On all cups were correct puddles. Our privilege had Dryer Only Class B and the dishes were dry around corners ... every now and then a plastic box, on the still drops were ... but in the Beko each plastic box was dripping wet and even porcelain plate was still wet, so it that a soon threatened to slip out of your hands. My husband came up with the idea ... individual components to buy for cleaning. As basically make and go a throwback of tens years, cleaner buy (2 kg, 2 kg salt and 1 L Klarspüer). Two days later loaded the machine again, this time used no Tab ... back to Program 3 (Eco) and again almost 3 hour wait. The built-in fan could be heard and worked well. Then came the big moment ... Dishwasher and long faces ... again everything was wet. Again, the water dripping from the rear wall, and the door of all plastic parts! So it should not be! The managed better until the end yes the 10 year old unit. The next wash a few days later with 70 degrees (intensively) through - with the result that as the dishes were not much drier!

For me, this machine is a smooth bad buy ... with a new machine will be improved and no worse "drive" to yes than before!

Unfortunately, we have not purchased the product at Amazon, so that a return is difficult make. Get me still with the Media market get in touch in order to return.

Wet dishes did not work!

Addendum: 21/02/2013

Meanwhile, we have the dishwasher for some time in operation. A redemption proved more difficult than expected on the media market. First, we were directed to the customer service. By then we have set us ... an appointment was made without any problems. The lady on the phone told me, however, that the technician would then reprogram with a laptop something and then our problem is solved.

The technician came ... but without laptop ... because the dishes washed up has no interface to connect a laptop.

I then described the technician our problem with the wet dishes ... he listened carefully and always asked after time again. It was true already that the dishwasher would run better with individual components as with tabs. We have done it before so properly. But he could not really fix our problem basically. He checked the settings for water hardness and rinse aid and said he would bring the rinse aid from position 2 to position 4. He also wanted a new control module installed ... which would be completely absurd in my opinion. Because the dishwasher washes, heated and the programs run by ordendlich ... only the dishes were always wet!

With the changed setting for the rinse aid and pointing out not to open the door until the end of the program, after the end openable only a little and then completely undo ... It has brought success.

The dishes are dry ... only a few plastic parts (Tupper doses) are in nor affected by droplets. I could not believe it!

Meanwhile, we are very pleased with our kitchen fairy!
