I received this product yesterday, and rattan stalks are not included, why?
Yet it is specified on the description that the STEM are INCLUDED!
So WHY?
I can not even replace the old scent as the stems are soaked !!
So what do I do, tell me Amazon?
I think it is not at all proper to the price that the description does not match the product!
