Mardie (couch / Soulfood) @ Mardie is another project by Vlado Dzihan from the couch environment. The project is named after the singer. And her singing is the outstanding feature. The wonderful voice pulls everything out of the synagogue, which approaches the speakers or you may just wanted to hear at short notice. As much as guitars ("Mood") and swinging Broken Beats ("Monotony") into the foreground, her voice a halt and determines the scenery. Between reverent intimacy ("June") and debauched rhythmic vitality ("Got") explores Mardie vocally and musically from a universe. Approaches of classical and jazz make Mardie at an incredible voice and sensual work. The enthusiasm is rampant. 6 Points Carsten Becker
