RavPower: External Battery, experiences to the model with 10400mAh

Delivered is a small black box. This black box is again in a clear plastic blister pack. From outer impression the battery bank is completely suitable as a gift (just in technical articles already experienced the worst packaging).

In addition to the battery were in my package 2 identical USB cable. On the one hand one USB port, on the other side in each case, a micro-USB connection. A multilingual manual is also included. The German manual is translated well easy to understand and with few errors. There are in addition to the manual a couple of images and the functions are explained sufficiently. Very nice and convenient small soft transport bag is which can be opened with a drawstring and close. So the battery bank is well protected on the go.

On battery there are 4 small blue lights. When charging the battery, these indicate the progress, and the remaining energy. One can then judge good, because a light is, for example, that less than 25% power remain. With 2 lights there are at least 25-50%. With 3 Lights of energy level is between 50-75% and at 4 lights at 75-100% lies.

The on / off switch is easy to reach on the top. Front there are 2 USB ports and a micro port intervening again ansich for charging the battery bank.

For the first charge the battery about 11 hours went by. I have to load the battery pack any power plug with USB port used (A power cord is namely not supplied). It also works with an iPhone power cord. While RavPower battery bank depends on the network, it does not get hot.
