J bought a coperhead Tempest 6 months ago ...
By playing in the network my mouse suddenly sinks into the shell (without pressing too hard though). I refer my mouse (postage in my care ...) IMPOSSIBLE repair under warranty. It is a physical problem, and little in their conditions of sale, consuls technical problems are taken into account. After receipt of the unrepaired mouse, I look and it is the axis of the mouse that broke (in plasticky and far too late to support a long-term use). This is why I recommend to everyone razer product. My coperhead had cost 69 ... And after six months, it is good to throw away.
I tried to break a logitech mouse at my desk like a patient by pressing the button, the axis never gave !!!!!!
